Nakheel Properties has unveiled a new phase of development on Palm Jebel Ali, featuring luxury villas and mansions with 5 to 6 bedrooms across four fronds, each with private entrances. Priced from AED 18.1 million (USD 4.9 million), these residences are offered with an 80/20 payment plan and are slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028. In August 2024, Nakheel awarded an AED 810 million contract for marine works to Jan De Nul Dredging LTD., initiating dredging, land reclamation, and beach profiling to prepare the first eight fronds for villa construction by the first quarter of 2025. Upon completion, Palm Jebel Ali is set to host approximately 80 hotels and resorts, including signature wellness, family, and eco-friendly establishments, enhancing Dubai’s luxury coastal offerings.
