First of all she is very patient, will not intimidate you. Through out the process she was very calm, guided us regarding the entire buying process and best of all she identified the best property for us. It's hard to be good listener these days and she listened to us and not only listened but helped and motivated us in finalising the deal. Even after the sales was done, she remained in touch and keeps asking us about any issues or apprehension and guiding all the way.
