Verification checklist before offering crypto-funded purchase

• Confirm whether the project/developer accepts only AED bank transfer, approved partner settlement, or a documented exchange conversion route.
• Collect source-of-funds proof, exchange statements, wallet ownership evidence, transaction hashes and conversion receipts before reservation.
• Verify escrow account instructions, accepted sender account, buyer name matching and whether third-party payment is rejected.
• For stablecoins, verify the applicable UAE payment-token/payment-service route and avoid assuming direct merchant acceptance.
• Reconfirm availability, payment plan, launch status and acceptance policy with the developer or authorized sales channel before advising a client.
